Lever espresso machine with a café-size 58 mm group and an electric preheat element in the brew head. Water only ever touches stainless steel, from the cylinder through to the basket, and there is no tank: each shot is poured from a kettle.
Good to know: The preheat controller plugs into the wall. You bring the water to temperature in a kettle and pour it in for each shot.
