Why we picked it
Aluzinc steel is the coating rural roofs use, rated for decades of weather, and Vego folds it into raised beds that assemble with a wrench. Seventeen inches is deep enough for carrots and comfortable enough to weed sitting on the edge. The coating is food-safe, and the expectation is twenty-plus years in full sun.
What it’s made of
Aluzinc-coated steel. Chosen for what it’s made of, not what it’s wrapped in.
- Stainless steel
- Food-grade and near-indestructible. Won't shed microplastics.
