Solar Lantern (Packable)
Compostable
Solar-powered, inflatable lantern. No batteries needed. Waterproof, 50-hour burn time.
Why we picked it
An inflatable solar lantern that flattens to the thickness of a paperback. Leave it on the dashboard or a sunny rock through the day and it gives you fifty hours of light with no batteries to buy or corrode. The shell is TPU, a durable urethane, so file it under reuse-for-years. It floats, and kids fight over it.
What it’s made of
TPU (reusable, not single-use). Chosen for what it’s made of, not what it’s wrapped in.
- Compostable
- Plant-based and certified to break down, not pile up.
