Brew Cork Glass Travel Cup
A tempered soda-lime glass cup with a band of recovered cork. KeepCup lists a PP alloy lid and an LDPE plug. Sizes run 8, 12 and 16 oz.
Good to know: The cup is glass and the band is cork. The splashproof lid is PP alloy (polypropylene) with an LDPE plug, and the drink passes the lid when you sip. KeepCup rates it microwave safe to 212°F.

Why we picked it
The Brew Cork uses the same tempered glass cup as KeepCup's Brew and trades the silicone band for recovered cork. KeepCup says the soda-lime glass holds 25% recovered glass and is free of lead and cadmium. Plastic shows up in the lid, which KeepCup lists as PP alloy with an LDPE plug, and that is where your lips go. KeepCup rates the cup safe in the dishwasher and the microwave to 212°F but says hand washing keeps the cork in better shape longer. Glass won't keep coffee hot like steel. It fits someone drinking at a café or a desk who wants to taste the coffee and nothing else.
