Why we picked it
Grovemade builds these in Portland: a walnut shelf that raises the monitor to eye height and turns the space beneath into a home for the keyboard and notebook. Wood and steel, finished like furniture, with cork and felt accessories that stack into the system. Some decks use walnut veneer over plywood core, per the maker. Desks look calmer with one on them.
